Bechtle Webinar Events
Key facts
Description
Bechtle is taking webinars to a new level, underpinning its own high quality standards. Where other companies still send their messages from the home office of their sales staff and with sometimes dull PowerPoint presentations, Bechtle has been showing for almost five years that there is another way.
This way is convincing on several levels: in terms of production, because almost everything is now broadcast from a webinar studio set up specifically for this purpose. But also in terms of content and dramaturgy, because the webinars are intensively prepared in advance.
Before every webinar event, I sit down with the speakers in an initial online meeting and listen to the messages that need to be conveyed. We then work together to develop a discussion guide that clearly defines at which point we want to discuss what content and how this content is to be introduced dramaturgically. This leads to a meticulous schedule, which is then run through once in a dress rehearsal with all participants before the actual event.
Of course, the event itself then may deviate from the planned time. Sometimes because the dramaturgy or an audience question opens up an exciting new perspective. Sometimes because a speaker spontaneously uses more or less time than planned. This is where a flexible moderator with a good time management comes in handy.
And that is precisely what makes this new form of webinar so appealing: a stable plan in a professional environment that gives the participants the freedom to deviate from it spontaneously at the right moment.
This way, we have already implemented over 50 webinars together. And received overwhelming positive feedback for every single one.
