Webinar events with Bechtle
Key facts
Description
Bechtle is taking webinars to a new level, underpinning its own high quality standards. Where other companies still send their messages from the home office of their sales staff and with sometimes dull PowerPoint presentations, Bechtle has been showing for almost five years that there is another way.
A webinar from Bechtle is convincing on several levels: in terms of production, because almost everything is now broadcast from a specially equipped webinar studio. But also in terms of content and dramaturgy, because the webinars are intensively prepared.
Before every webinar event, I sit down with the speakers in an initial online meeting and listen to the message that needs to be conveyed. We then work together to develop a discussion guide that clearly defines at which point it is time for which content and how this content is to be introduced dramaturgically. This leads to a meticulous schedule, which is then run through once in a dress rehearsal with all participants before the actual event.
Of course, the event itself then deviates from the plan time and again. Because time management requires it, because it suits the dramaturgy or because an audience question opens up an exciting new perspective.
But that is precisely what makes this new form of webinar so appealing: a stable plan in a professional environment that gives us the freedom to deviate from it spontaneously at the right moment.
In this way, we have already implemented over 50 webinars together. And received positive feedback for every single one via 90%.
